  2. It has much further to fall, than people expect. Remember, China is in demographic decline. Supply has outstripped demand and the gap between them, is still growing.

  3. ​ @beethao9380  Not quite the same. In the US & elsewhere, the loan to the buyer, is secured by the property. If the buyer is left, high and dry, the lender takes over the property. The loan contract is then terminated and the debt covered. In China, the state owns all property. Therefore, the buyer is still bound, to pay off the loan, even if they don't get to keep the property.
