This does not mean that all the people in those nations, hold the same political and socio-economic views, and are happy with the way things are done. Internal fractures can still exist. People will demonstrate a capacity to change governments, if they are given a chance. It's the iron fisted control of the CCP, that prevents division in China. Racial homogeneity may be useful in that effort, but I don't see it as the main factor.
