Can't repay debts = China takes poccession of the new asset. This has already happened in with port and rail facilities in Italy, Greece and Sri Lanka. No wonder, China delayed telling the world about the virus. No wonder, China was saying in January that the virus was not spreading by human to human contact. No wonder then, as late as February, China was criticising Trump's travel restrictions to/from China, as a "gross overreaction".
