JerryMetal claims just 60,000. Russia has not been counting, non-Russians, serving them: Chechens, Dagestanis, Syrians, Ossetian, Tartars... etc. Nor have they been counting Wagner Group, mercenaries. This often accounts for discrepancies between the number of troops that Ukrainians say they have face, in a given area, and the much smaller figure of troops that the Russian's say they have stationed, there.
The point is covered in part of a video, on the Channel "Perun". The video is titled, "All metal, no manpower - Russian infantry shortages and mobilisation in Ukraine". If I include the URL, my comment may be removed.

"Just want to say..." that Ukraine has many supporters, unaffected by the loss of Russian gas: Japan, Canada, Australia, USA, Korea, Colombia, Brazil... etc.
"Just want to say..." that Russia's allies have shown that they are useless. They did not support Russia 's proposal against Ukraine, two days ago in the UN. China abstained and India voted against it. Both of the have taken advantage of Russia's desperate need for new markets, to squeeze a 35% discount on Russian oil. Less than a week ago, Modi warned Putin that, "Today's era is not of war...".
Some countries have friends. Other nations, need to hire Syrian mercenaries, instead.
