  1. You cannot allow these men to enter your country. They have associates (friends, relatives, and former colleagues) in Russia. Countries like Russia, China, Iran... etc., practice, "hostage diplomacy". Pressure on such associates, is used to force expats to do their bidding. The "security check", mentioned at 1:20, is pointless if any Russian can be coerced into following Putin's orders.
