Birmingham and Manchester are heading the same way, and currently are less than 50% white too. That's highly alarming if you want any European nation to survive. That will also be a huge burden on those who need social services the most, let alone the other effects of this "diversity" including housing crises/shortages across Europe, the many attacks on Europeans (as the last 10 or so years have shown us) and so on. It's unsustainable and you're heading in the same direction, just 1000x worse.

Definitely not Africans, and the same can be said about maintaining them. Furthermore, it makes sense to me that Europe belongs to the Europeans because... I don't know, it's a continent that was always overwhelmingly composed of Europeans? Do you feel the same about Africa belonging to the Africans or Asia to the Asians? Ask yourself: why do only Europe and its inhabitants need "diversity" but not these continents?
