What consequences did gralyling suffer as a result of his incompetence. I belive he has just been rewarded with a peerage.l believe i have got my facts right.

  50. What about setting up a tax free ,low zone for nhs payrolls so that nurses doctors etc pay less tax than those working privately encouraging recruitment,retention etc in the nhs.there was not much point giving nurses 5% pay increase if 20% went straight back to the goverment.
