@charliemoore2551 the agency staff are being paid better than the more experienced people they are covering for usually plus the agency's fees of 20% plus.this was supposed to be as a one off situation for unforseen circumstances but is now as a matter of course and costing the nhs a fortune. Not to mention those agency staff were originally trained by the nhs.now wes streeting is going to encourage the practise by his let's use the private sector which would be OK in the short term but that is unlikely to be the case.l wonder why private healthcare providers seem so willing to donate to streeting?.only asking the question that needs to be asked.
