The nhs is awash with the private sector.record amounts of money may have been put into the nhs however 20% plus goes straight out to private sector profits.add to this the existence of dodgy procurement contracts is causing a flood of money out of the nhs.this is what streeting should be sorting out and not encouraging private sub contractting at extreme cost to the nhs.lf he did this then perhaps he could afford to pay the nurses and doctors more which will retain and recruit more into the nhs.the solution is definitely not offering more overtime to an already exhausted workforce.

Tories know the cost of everything and the value of nothing.they have presided over a culture of doing everything on the cheap so that the rich are taxed as little as possible.this has resulted in a collasped inferstructure where nothing works to such an extent that even the people they are only interested have been affected.we need to reverse this and make decisions for the long term better good.
