She can't borrow under her rules.that leaves the options of reducing spending austerity mark2.that worked out so well last time.or she can do my favourite of taxiing the people who have been least effected by austerity and can actually afford to shoulder the burden,the mega rich.you never know with the infrastructure working,people returning to work from being ill,maybe the economy will start to grow and every one will benifit.
