A previous manager of mine said don't work harder work smarter.this is a lesson the uk should take heed of.the work culture of management seems to always trying to get extra unpaid hours of work out of it's workforce rather than planning for more effective use of its time.as well as that it makes no sense to force people to spend hours commuting when sometimes people could spend some time,e working from home.obviously this is not always ideal but a bit of flexibility could solve a lot of the self inflicted problems we have.we need today's solutions and not br living in the past.who knows it might improve productivity and profits and even tories can appreciate that.

  3. It is not the job of government to create happiness but it would seem the tories have made it its job to maximise unhappiness, division and incompetence. From that point of view they have been very successful.
