  3. ​ @physiocrat7143 the number of billionaires has at the very least doubled in the 14 years and their wealth has increased by 300% whilst the bottom 90% has remained stagnant.some sort of % tax on people's income over 10 million pa shouldn't be that difficult to impose and don't bother replying with the tory media crap that the poor people would all leave on mass because while some will,the majority know when they are onto a good thing.some of those countries where they might have gone are not looking too stable at the moment are they.?

Rachel reeves got the job of chancellor due to her employment at the bank of england.she has been working in a bubble with people who predominately believe in the failed fiscal rules that have been one of the reasons why the infrastructures is broken and productivity has been zero. Stammer said he wanted growth and to let the tax burden fall on those who could most afford it.increasing ni and basically ignoring the financial problems that council have up and down the country will severely impede any growth.by saying they would not raise a wealth tax on the mega rich to raise the extra monies required has been a grave mistake.would the tory media have moaned about it,but they are going to do so anyway.the wealthy have benifed greatly during the last 14 tory years and they are best placed to tske the hit.you never know if the infrastructure returns to where it was they might find that they will benifit by the better productivity levels and enhanced profits.they should see it as an investment for the future and those who decide to leave because they are not interested in the good of the nation,good riddance.

  14. In the 70s when people spoke of redistribution of wealth people were talking of from the rich to the poor,today all the redistribution is in the opposite direction but the hard of thinking are too stupid to realise tohey have been conned.

  16. ​ @davehoper_319  the figures you are quoting make me very sceptical about the truth of what you've saying because often when these type of increases are made the old saying that if something is too good to believe then perhaps it is.not suggesting that what you are saying is not true or in any way wrong but I would suggest a word of caution.caveat emphtor.
