@nuchtom labour need to be seriously considering pr voting because when it all goes pear shaped and the voting public realise that nothing is any better because they have adopted the same tory fiscal rules that have been such a disaster then they will need pr to ensure that the tories and worse still tories on steroids (reform) do not get back in.

@jeangenie5807 the suffragettes broke the law and inconvienced the public and were sent to prison in order to get change that would have never happened without their actions.l think that people being inconvienced is a small price to pay to stop the madness that is climate change.when 30k people marched to highlight the cause in London unsurprisingly the tory media did not report on it or it's peaceful behaviour.they conviently ignore anything that is not in the interests of there wealthy foreign based owners.

As I understand it in 2018 the tories were looking into only imprisoning people with sentences of more than 6 months.that seemed to make sense because apart from being costly and 60% of people are in their for short sentences it also meant that many people would be less likely to become career criminals.then in 2019 lardy boris became crime minister and then amongst the following madness the stupid idiot decided to scrap the idea.
