@colbr6733 did you just make those stats up or did you get them from the daily hate mail.ln any event we have not got enough nhs doctors or nurses for our needs(maybe some of the doctors are working privately and that is part of the problem)Ln the real world we are not retaining ,training or valuing those people.billions are being spent on massively expensive staff from the private sector at the expense of training our own.
