  1. I am blown away by base cars these days. Recently I drove a BMW 228i, and if that car existed 15 years ago, it would blow the doors off of sports cars in the $60k range. As much as we resist change, the speed, safety, and pleasure that you can now achieve for under $40,000 is UNREAL.
