  1. Where I work the customer has to pay half the cost of the alignment if we pull it on the rack and see the vehicle has issues. This is a diagnostic fee, it goes into the repair if they decide to get it. I get half an hour if they don't get the alignment so nobody is coming in getting any freebies.
