  2. There is nothing particularly special about the first two generations of Explorer, but I would still buy one for the sake of Nostalgia. When I was a kid in the 90's they were everywhere, having one one definitely take me back to my youth. How awesome would it be if they still made a 4WD explorer with a manual transmission?

  6. Those early generation 4Runners never broke as long as you maintained them. The only major problem they had was rust issues, if you lived in the south though that wasn't a problem
