  22. Congrats to McGregor on the victory, and kudos to him for not kicking Aldo when he's down and showing him some respect. Aldo shouldn't feel so bad about this loss, everyone in the MMA world loses if they are in the business long enough. A champion is one who can come back from a loss, I hope Aldo can do so. After his first loss he went on and started finishing all of the opponents he was facing, then we he got into the UFC he started playing it safe and getting decision wins. Maybe this loss will put a fire under Aldo and he'll be more motivated to go for a finish and not for a decision.

  32. I think McGregor should just fight Frankie Edgar, if he gets past Edgar then he should fight RDA. If Conor beats Edgar then there really isn't anything left to do in the featherweight division unless he wants to give Aldo a rematch. I think RDA should fight Tony Ferguson next that would be a great fight.

  36. What a terrible year for Arlovski, just a little under a year ago after the victory over Frank Mir there was talk of Arlovski fighting for the title. Now in 2016 he is 0-3 with all of his losses being by finish. Hopefully he can fit one more fight in this year and get a win.

  39. I'm surprised to see Alvarez win that fight, I honestly though Pettis would mop the floor with him. It looks like we won't be getting the McGregor/Pettis fight now unfortunately. Also I don't know why people are criticizing Alvarez for his game plan. If he tried to keep the fight standing he would have gotten KO'd quick. His strategy might have been boring but it worked.

  41. I think it is so stupid how McGregor stated that Diaz got lucky in their fight. The guy took the fight on 11 days notice and won and somehow he got lucky. If anyone was lucky it was McGregor he got handed a guy who was out of shape and had no time to train. Also with a fight of the magnitude of their first fight Diaz spent alot of time doing media so he probably spent little to no time in the gym training. Yet he still went out there and won the fight. McGregor is bragging about how he "butchered" Diaz on the feet but that doesn't matter cause he still lost the fight.

  43. Even though he lost to Gaethje I don't see why he shouldn't be considered for a title shot next. There are guys like Aldo, Romero, Gustafson and Edgar who all got title shots coming off a loss.

  44. Great fighter, the UFC doesn't seem to like to give him ranked opponents though. He had a great fight with Thompson and should be fighting somebody ranked. Instead he just rematched Niko Price and is now fighting unranked Randy Brown.
