True Flair Johny Hendricks is the same height and is too big for WW. It really isn't the size that matters it is your body structure. RDA is short but is very muscular, you could see it in his fight against Many.

A guy who is 3-5 in his past 8 is getting to fight the #3 contendor in a division he has never fought in. Pettis really has some pull with the UFC. If Pettis stays at 170 he has to rematch RDA.
4
To all the idiots who thought Stephens (A guy who had 14 losses on his resume) was going to beat Aldo, I'll just say I told you so.
4
Now we can end that GOAT talk with Johnson. I'm so happy Cejudo got the win.

The UFC needs to give Maia his title shot now, I think he is more deserving than Stephen Thompson. Maia is almost 40 years old and probably does not have much time left he also has fought for the UFC 24 times. We also can't forget to mention that he has looked great in his past few fights as well. Even though I think Maia deserves a title shot I don't think he matches up well with Woodley. Woodley has the highest takedown defense in the Welterweight division, so if Maia is unable to take him down then he will for sure lose the fight.

I think it's funny how he was darting his eyes all over the place during the interview. It's like he didn't want to look at Megan Olivi.
3
Not to sound harsh, but Brad Pickett should have retired a few fights ago. He in all honesty has lost his last seven fights, that win over Rivera being a robbery. The Ufc needs to know when to tell their fighters to hang them up. If it were not for Pickett's status in MMA he would have been cut by the UFC long ago.

November the Rousey hype train was derailed, December the Van Zant hype train was derailed and now in January the Northcutt hype train has been derailed. I wonder who is gonna get derailed in February. Of all the three hype trains Sage was the least deserving of the hype. Atleast Rousey and Van Zant beat ranked opponents and lost to highly ranked opponents as well. Northcutt beat two nobodies and lost to a nobody. I have no idea why that kid had so much hype behind him. Maybe it was all those flashy kicks, but as was shown in this fight none of that stuff is effective in a real fight.

Mike N Alot of Pettis' opponents used that strategy on him. Clay Guida used it, Benson Hendrson and Gilbert Melendez used it (even though they lost), and of course Rda used it as well. Pettis is a phenominal striker, so trying to strike with him is a terrible idea. He also has very good jiu-jitsu so submitting him is unlikely. The clear strategy to beat him is wrestling.
3
Going from weight class to weight class isn't going to change anything, if Pettis wants to get back to his winning ways then he needs to seriously reevaluate himself.
3
I wish they'd have done an embedded series for this fight card.
3
I think fighting at featherweight again after the Nate Diaz fight will be the toughest fight of McGregors career. As a welterweight he might cut like five pounds to make weight, and he can cut that in a few hours. As opposed to starving himself for weeks to make 145.
3
I'd like to see him fight Derek Lewis or Ben Rothwell.
3
Candace Lin I know right? She is a world champion and she can't even get room service. I'm sure Ronda isn't doing her own laundry, I bet she is being chauffeured around as well.
3
Micheal Bisping did not win this fight. The only reason he got the decision is because he is fighting on home soil. If he had been fighting in Vegas that bias wouldn't have existed.
3
This is the reason why the "Undeserving" Gustafsson got the title shot. The UFC knew he'd put on a great performance, and nobody not even Jones gave Cormier a fight like the one Gustafsson gave him.
3
JDS looked terrible in this fight, the JDS of yesteryear wouldn't have had any trouble demolishing Overeem. Maybe JDS's past bouts have taken their toll on him and he'll never be the same again.
3
Glad to see Barao get a win, I just hope his next fight isn't against another tomato can.
3
I called the Main and Co-Main event and was right on the money. I had Woodley winning, but I didn't expect it to be a first round knockout.
3
He was robbed of a title shot a month ago, but due to the outcome of that fight now he has one. Interesting how things play out sometimes.
3
Happy the see Arlovski back on track, that switch to ATT really is paying off.
3
Thompson is gonna school Till the way Frankie schooled Yair.
3
I think Overeem takes it, he has way more experience and he has fought much tougher opponents.
3
Usman vs Covington, the best grudge match of 2019.
3
Lets's see if Bisping can endure that left hand that nearly put Weidman's lights out.
3
He is a shell of that guy who beat Machida. He went on a really bad stretch after he lost to Jones. He had a good three fight win streak before losing to Smith. I think his best days are way behind him but I hope he wins his next fight.
3
So does Barboza.
3
Poirier vs Ferguson
3
Misha is about to get those walking papers.
3
The best thing about this interview is the break dancing.
3
The race baiting is getting out of hand.
3
I wonder if Megan is pregnant?
3
Unless Lawler lands a good shot, I think Askren is going to win. He will probably wrestle his way to a decision. He also might have no success with his wrestling. Hendricks is a high level wrestler and had a lot of trouble taking down Lawler.
3
Bisping is pulling all his tricks from his bag in an attempt to Garner more interest in this fight. The trash talk and grudge are so fake. Just a few months ago GSP was on Bisping's podcast and they were so polite and cordial with on another. Now they are putting on such a bad act.
3
J Gibbs That is why many people love him as a fighter, he needs to request that Herb Dean does not ref any more of his fights. In both on his losses he did not accept defeat and still tried to remain in the fight even when the ref jumped in.
3
I'm very happy for RDA he is a good example of why fighting closer to your natural weight is a good idea.
3
We have Dominick the Dominator and Dominick the Devestator.
3
Hopefully it is not as quick though.
3
That is not what people were saying before the fight, hell they had Aldo as the underdog.
3
I don't think it is hard Max has a belt Dustin doesn't so I am rooting for Dustin to win one.
3
TJ is an easy bet
3
Anderson Perez The UFC made Swanson vs Lobov when Swanson was ranked #4 and Lobov wasn't ranked.
3
Anderson Perez That would be a great fight as well, I think RDA would win it.
3
Maybe he will get back on track now he is training elsewhere
3
In forsee this guy getting brutally knocked out again.
3
In the first fight they mention Ricardo Lamas, Jeremy Stephens, and Anthony Pettis. All fighters at the top of their game at the time when Max was nobody. Fast forward a few years and he beats all three of those guys.
3
Mystic Mac got his prediction a little off, but he was right in the end.
3
Tj is a savage in that cage you have to admit it.
3
Marlon Moraes knockout of Sterling could have been on this list as well as Josh Emmett vs Bryce Mitchell.
3
Johny Hendricks needs to move to middleweight. He fought Magny and Magny is taller and has a longer reach than alot of fighters at middleweight.
