  1. Alot of shops wouldn't even fix the seat, they would just replace it which would be more expensive. You could have done the same but instead decided to help the customer out and save them some money. Careful out there people every mechanic is not going to be willing to help you out like this.

  4. I would not have the patience to screw around with a Range Rover. Even less patience if it was from up north, and even less if it had to be done in a home garage. Much respect to you. If you can fix that thing then pretty much everything else will be a walk in the park.

  5. $4,000 is a steal. I worked at the Mercedes dealership when these were new and this would have been over $100,000. If not it would have been close to that price.

  23. In all fairness on some Mercedes it isn’t as easy to replace the cabin filter as it is on your Audi. I haven’t done all of them but many of them are under the glovebox and you have to lie on your back in a very uncomfortable position.
