  1. ​ @portcullis5622 everyone has the power to prosecute anyway else in England and Wales. You just need to be able to afford it. That's why shoplifters are almost always prosecuted by the shops, cos the CPS doesn't want to pay for it.

  2. ​ @hatpeach1 it wasn't the postal service, it was the Post Office. The "postal service" refers to Royal Mail which is a totally different company than the Post Office
