OMG, like totally! sometimes i get sleepy around 9 or 10 pm, then accidentally fall asleep for like 1 or 2 hrs, and then wake up from 12am to 3 or 4am then go back to sleep. then i wake up and feel tired sometimes so i take a nap after lunch. totally normal! optimal, actually!!! biphasic is how humans should be!
