Oh, shit, Dr. Lyon just explained why I'm skinny fat. Need larger amounts of protein (30-50 grams) per meal, instead of eating smaller amounts of protein throughout the day. Her mentor, Dr. Layman, also recommends this. It's going to my belly instead of the muscles.

what's going on with TB. is he vegan? he looks vegan. he should read Dave Asprey's book -- Smarter Not Harder! 5 minutes of exercise per day is better than 1 hour!

@Joseph1NJ right on, bro. Dr. Gardner is a hipster Berkeley vegetarian who takes money from Beyond Meat. but, yeah. 80-90 grams of protein per day is plenty.

yeah, Attia used to do OMAD and excessive fasting. at least he's changed things up. i prefer variable caloric intake and meal frequency. eat more one day, less the next day -- skip breakfast one day, skip dinner another day, etc.

@peterhel1077 don't forget this rich freak is being sued by his ex-fiancee because he dumped her when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. called her a "net negative." how healthy is it to "constantly monitor vital signs," take hundreds of daily supplements, waste $2 million a year on boner monitors and be obsessed with having an 18-year old rectum? i hope he's not going for a youthful appearance because his Return on Investment sucks. his face & hands look 58 years old. neurotically chasing eternal youth... please, teach us, O' Wise One... but he's the apotheosis of a well-balanced spiritual life. i want to be like him. lmfao.

for me, the voices of the podcasters enter my dreams. i try to interject or state my opinion and they just ignore me and keep on talking to each other. lol. mofo's.

also, it helps to love the sound of your own voice and feel compelled to share your own sublimely delicate & precious thoughts for the unwashed masses to bask in -- rather than allowing the guest to expound more fully.

@Joseph1NJ listened to Stuart Phillips & Chris Gardner convo with Simon Hill. i agree with Phillips on most things (exercise & variable diet) so naturally I'm now a fan. lol. Gardner made some good points: plants contain all essential amino acids. most NA adults get enough protein (except maybe the elderly). he also said that "plant protein quality is not as good as animal" and bacon & eggs are more satiating than a sugary breakfast of refined carbs. he seemed more grounded than his interviews on vegan channels like Zoe. not familiar with Simon Hill but he recommends 1.2 gms of protein per kg.
