  43. We traditional Africans are called "primitive" for not bending a knee to fake elite-sponsored "science" that complicated everything we already knew. Hopefully more people wake up to the supposed simplicity of health knowledge. In my language we say "food is medicine". We dont put all these highly concentrated lab chemicals (AKA western medicines) in our bodies because the human body was not naturally designed to to handle it. Your body fights the chemical medicines and the disease at the same time until it learns to just accept its toxicity due to your habit of taking it.
