  1. This is fraud. We pay the highest road tax in Europe & have the worst roads. They should use our money for the roads, but they dont. We would be locked up for this fraud. I had a head on crash after my tyre blew & I hit someone head on. My wife & I & the other driver were lucky to walk away. Disgusting
