How is making the amount of social homes less and allowing tax payers to pay for the poor to own a house going to help

@NorsemanPatriot in my opinion nobody with only benefits as an income should be able to purchase a property, if you can't work because of disability i sympathise deeply and i support helping you through taxation to provide benefits for you to live and cover costs however i don't support buying you a property

@NorsemanPatriot no it means you have a right to work and earn enough to own a home, but simply because you are disabled doesn't entitle you to own a home social housing that they are trying to sell is exactly for people like you

@NorsemanPatriot disabled people get priority with social housing in the uk and adaptation of the home is free, also under discrimination legislation private landlords cant stop adaptation and the state funds it through multiple schemes

@NorsemanPatriot when did i say you couldn't have a house to live in? I believe you are entitled to an income via my taxes and everyone else's i believe you are entitled to help to pay rent for your house, im not in support of buying you a house and why do you feel the need to own a house if you are provided with 1 to live in till the day you die? You say you want the same as everyone else and thats what you already have, the reason we own our homes is because we bought them while paying the tax that helped you to live in 1 also
