Because a school full of white kids gets roughly 4 k per pupil and ones with me minorities average 8k a pupil, and girls do better now because nearly every teacher is female nearly so the girls fear the teacher and the boys don't, add to that most female teachers are feminist crazy people and it's a bad mix
