I have lived in the US for the past 40 years, lived in West Germany before that until I was 30 yrs old. Lived in W Berlin just a few blocks from the wall. Half of my relatives lived in East Germany. My family roots on both sides are in East Europe, which has always been ignored in my family. I feel so disturbed by the hardship brought on the Ukrainian people I wake up at night and feel sick, knowing that so many people are suffering terribly at this very moment. I will find the links for humanitarian help - that has been on my to-do list anyway. Thank you both. :,-) .

  15. IMO they told us not to wear masks because masks were not even available and recommending them would have caused even more panic. Anyone with a brain was free to make and wear a mask :-) ....

The trial was based on a wrong hypothesis. The video Dr Campbell posted a few days ago had a terrific graphic illustration of this (University of Georgia?).

  28. What's your worry regarding "proper" credentials? We are grown-ups and what was presented in the video is just an opinion, take it or leave it. It can only be a 1-hour snapshot. Yes, focus on the suffering of innocent victims in the Ukraine and those 1000s of refugees -- and the brave fight to save their country.

  36. He needs to come back on and explain the importance of the gut microbiome in more detail. It would help so many people and give them hope that they can actually do something about their deteriorating health. Personally, I have done so, being plant-based for over 6 years, and reaped multiple benefits. No more meds for me except (much reduced!!) insulin for my type 1 diabetes which is irreversible.

  37. I'm confused. So, Pfizer didn't test for whether transmission can be stopped and they let us assume that they did, misleading us about the content of their trials, which is an abomination. But --- "does the vaccine stop transmission or not" , even if they never tested for it???? Did they get lucky, or is the vaccine pointless? What good does it do, if anything? (At 72 yo, I'm contemplating shot #4, having skipped it earlier this year.)

  48. How long does immunity last after natural infection w Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Omicron vs Covid vaccinations with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shots? In Germany, they accept natural immunity but they have recently limited it to 3 months after infection.

I believe the info was re-posted on the same day it was taken down.   56. The benefits of mask-wearing were well known but the info was deliberately suppressed . Of course, anyone with some decent knowledge of how the transmission of the virus works wore a mask anyway! Also, the danger of this type of pandemic was well known. So - Prof Spector states that there is no current data that you could reliably draw conclusions from (because it takes too long to collect/evaluate the data) and yet he draws definitive conclusions from very old data stating that Vit D is not effective? I'm not claiming that it is, but an open mind would help to resolve this. 1.4 million self-reporting participants being asked murky questions don't give me much confidence in that type of research. Why the push to agree on an approach to Vit D if that has not yet been proven? I do agree that proper nutrition makes more sense than a chemical pill (from China).

  62. I'm in the US. Went to their ZOE website and filled out the questionnaire. Got a recommendation and invitation to join. It costs $$, they supply some food for the gut test. I am already plant-based and that has helped me tremendously to improve my health going on 6 years now.

  68. The research is widely available, even MSM has covered this, even the WHO has spoken out about it.... yet it falls on deaf ears. Oh, and of course other "research" paid for by the offending industry is used to confuse those who don't grasp the severity of the problem. The same tactic was used in the 70s/80s by Big Tobacco. It took 20 yrs, many lawsuits, and millions of cancer victims to finally break through. Then Big Tobacco bought Big Food.

  73. Dr C, I hope you're feeling better! Nice coincidence, I'm on day 6 of a serious "cold" w/out fever (never measured) but lots of sneezing and runny nose, fatigue and lack of appetite. Typically this lasts only 3 days for me (73). I decided to do a C19 test today, and it came up negative. So, who knows. Was glad to hear of symptoms, that topic used to be talked about a lot and now not so much. Never had Co-vid, knowingly ....BTW. Would have welcomed a boost of my immune system. I understand your aversion to being muzzled, but anger can only take you so far. ----- Dr. Seheult (MedCram) had some interesting data on the excess deaths issue and found that the current excess is consistent with increased deaths in winter in the northern hemisphere while there is no such increase in the southern part of the globe. Please look into that and comment. (He recommends Vit D3)

  76. I am hopeful that these findings are correct. I follow a whole food plant based diet and trust nature to provide what we need to live healthy lives - but we need to make smart choices. That said, I find it a bit disturbing to find conflict of interest noted in Rahul's research paper listed under 2 since Rahul and his colleague own stock of a Vit D producing company and that Rahul is actually employed by a company that produces vit D. Hopefully there is no sinister intent and just an expression of vigorous passion for research. My question - Rahul made it sound as if there is an immediate connection between the intensity of UV rays and the death rate of Covid19 *on a daily basis*. Doesn't it take time for vit D to get activated and distributed in the body?
