  1. He needs to come back on and explain the importance of the gut microbiome in more detail. It would help so many people and give them hope that they can actually do something about their deteriorating health. Personally, I have done so, being plant-based for over 6 years, and reaped multiple benefits. No more meds for me except (much reduced!!) insulin for my type 1 diabetes which is irreversible.

  2. I'm in the US. Went to their ZOE website and filled out the questionnaire. Got a recommendation and invitation to join. It costs $$, they supply some food for the gut test. I am already plant-based and that has helped me tremendously to improve my health going on 6 years now.

  3. Interesting. I am already plant-based as well (6 yrs, mostly whole food) and decided to skip the study. I'm curious to know how it helped you, what kinds of tweaks?
