So - Prof Spector states that there is no current data that you could reliably draw conclusions from (because it takes too long to collect/evaluate the data) and yet he draws definitive conclusions from very old data stating that Vit D is not effective? I'm not claiming that it is, but an open mind would help to resolve this. 1.4 million self-reporting participants being asked murky questions don't give me much confidence in that type of research. Why the push to agree on an approach to Vit D if that has not yet been proven? I do agree that proper nutrition makes more sense than a chemical pill (from China).
