  1. Very few here seem to agree with Rick. I do, and so does my husband. We're older generation.... to us, this music is not just a genre, it had meaning, it stood for a lifestyle, for thought patterns different from the middle-of-the-road conservative values. In our youth, yachts stood for oppulence, debauchery, and showing off. To us, Rock and Yacht is a contradiction in terms and denigrates the inherent values of rock music. PS. Rick's tirades are always a lot of fun!! :-D
