  1. After ditching US mainstream media years ago, I sought out DW for more info on how Covid was handled in Germany/Europe. I grew up in Germany/W Berlin and always appreciated the more factual and serious nature of news reporting -- like you are actually among adults. The US news panders to an audience that is typically devoid of critical thinking and favors a quick happy end.
