  2. Sarah Lee: "The war within is so different from the one we're trained to win....." That goes for civilians as well, because societal norms make it a challenge to find inner peace. The trained behaviors lead us on a side track that ends up being that same vicious cycle. Where do you start? Maybe with a bike ride and helping your comrades, maybe by changing your diet to heal yourself and do the least harm to animals and the planet -- and then by helping others who want to try this solution.
