The roof is probably to expensive still I have only seen one in my 25 building inspector career with 60,000 inspections under my belt and the builder installer did not know what they were doing in the first place not even basics I had to fail them many times over the build the home owner was freaked out needless to tell you , and the PV, people hired an electrician who did not know what he was doing also so the general and the electrical guy were basically the blind leading the blind they could not follow basic installer information and they did not want to either, it was like pulling teeth on a mule, but I have to sign off on it so if anything goes wrong I'm in the mix
