  1. You still can pay reviewers a bit for their effort, which some of them hast more (Papers to review) than other, but not to much so they just do it for the money or are biased on the result. Then let the feel increase a bit further. But are you sure that Nature Science or Elsevier is not much profitable alltogether. But surfen it should remain a mostly public Service to give all the scientific results and section their platform, even if very soecific
