  1. Wow, Rory Stewart is eloquently talking about stepping back and seeing the bigger picture, but still the only thing he can imagine for the NHS is further austerity and hard priorization? Please, Rorry, consider progressive, heterodox ecomics models like Modern Monetary Theory. The NHS doesn't need "stopping" more tasks or AI. They need better funding, better conditions for all the people workin in its service to help UK citizens!! There is enough money! And no, a NHS or a hospital doesn't need to be profitable!
