It Sounds easy, when you are able to cummincate 4 weeks of Stress ahead. But what if you don't know how stressful and mong the next working period will be and what other complicstion and demanding private tasks and projects will add to your work stress?
What if you think you can handle and try to be calm and nice to your wife and kid and only realize too late that you're already freaking out, and if you can't sleep well most nights, specifically in the allergy period, and....
Even morning routines are not enough then, you even forget some of the thing you frequently wanted to do for yourself. Then you need grocery shopping l, healthy cooking and eating, socializing, housework, .... needing 30 hours a day, because your "Me time" can aonly start when you're already supposed to sleep or go to bed at the same time as your wife.
I love your ideas and really need to try to implement some more of them, but real life is tough.... 🙈
