  4. How can privately earned USD by an US foreigner can help its home country paying back USD debts? I mean, wont these Dollars just be "stuck" with the private bank the worker uses to change his USD into the home currency for his family? Will the bank spend or somehow tranfer the Dollars to the government or only maybe to importing companies or other customers?🤔
