  1. The major part of the video is great, but the stretching recommendations at the end are wrong. 30 sec. stretches do not improve anything in the long run. Yoga stretches would last longer and training fascias strength training in the stretched state is more effective, for about 2 min. Here in 🇩🇪 Liebscher&Bracht offer a great concept
