  1. Prof. Reich, thank you for the great class so far. If you now would also answer your question of "Who pays for that?" with facts from Modern Money Theory (MMT) I would appreciate your amazing work even more. Since we will neve be able to address all issues, specifically in crisises, if we always believe in this policy that the state can only work with tax payers money, where taxed money actually isnt revenue of the state/treasury or whoever.
