THis is what's gonna happen when you bring tribes from outer civilization- they do not care about your democracy, they only want to keep beating their wives children and stock and not learn anything new. they will exploit your one democracy weakness - the rule of the majority - as they bring children inconsiderately and at very high rates. So either change democracy to be about quality and not quantity, or make all the uneducated - slaves without voting rights, or keep your society closed for yourself ! this is what happened in Israel, an unruly outside north african tribe infilitrated its way in on behalf of the "jewish" nationality law, and it only takes one dirty politician to use the rabbits fertility to gain power and ruin the country for everyone else!
