  1. There is no "Latino" community. Latin/Latino/Latina is a language and a culture, the language and culture of the Romans. Moreover saying Latino and not Latin is grammatically incorrect and offensive. In correct English is LATIN/LATINS. Being Latins means possessing Roman culture and nothing else. The Spanish-speaking people of the Americas have take the French given name of Amerique Latine (Latin America) and shortened it into being "Latin/Latino" without knowing the mess that they have created. They cannot shorten "Latin America" and make it "Latin/Latino/Latina". No they cannot not because Latin/Latino/Latina" means one thing and "Latin American" means another. Everything Latin be it the Latin People, the Latin Language and the Latin culture it's ROMAN and comes from Italy and not from Spain and not from "Latin America". It's time for these people to stop using the term "LATIN" completely because it doesn't belong to them. It's not their indigenous heritage. It's all Roman. We don't even want them to use "American" because American is a derivative of the name of the famous Italian Navigator-Explorer Amerigo Vespucci.
