  1. What a shame. The Bronx used to be very safe, crime free when Whites: Irish, Italians, Germans, Dutch and Jewish people lived there up to the 1960's when the Jungle arrived, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and Blacks, after the 1964 Civil Rights Act was passed and the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act passed and crime, welfare dependency, noise and blight pushed Whites out of the Bronx. They just left everything behind and ran away. Somebody has to say it. The same happened all over the City of New York and in major Northern Cities.
