  1. The truth is that today's young Italians are lazy and they don't want to do the same work/jobs that their parents and grand parents used to do. The all have advanced training and degrees and they want to do something else which is not the right thing so they either move away up north or larger Cities or some other countries. However the trend now for many young people is to go back to their ancestral Towns and revitalize them with small mom and pop stores and a simpler life and this is made possible with the spread of the internet, cell phones which they can operate from any place. The new government of Prime Minister Meloni is finally addressing this issue.
