Well there were basically almost no Spanish-speaking people before the 1950's when large number of Puerto Ricans moved into mainland United States settling in major cities from Florida to New York and mostly in the north where the Welfare payments were higher. The Cubans built nothing. It was already built. Up North after the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act was pushed for a vote by another brainless Senator Kennedy and passed large number of Dominicans arrived into New York and other major Cities subsequently more and more Spanis-speaking people from other Latin American Countries arrived here causing more trouble. Before 1965 there was no legal immigration for non-Europeans. Puerto Ricans, Dominicans and all the other Spanish-speaking people built nothing other than destroying the cities with their criminal behavior and reliance of welfare causing monumental White Flight. They built nothing. Somebody has to say it.
