About 30 years ago they came up with a Pre-Paid Credit Card offer for people with poor credit and they charged exorbitant fees including annual fees. You deposited $500 and they gave you $500 credit of your own moneys and when you called them for complaints they were very rude. They made billions out of poor people this is why they came North to New York City and opened up all those Branches.
