  1. Stupid Meloni and company. They have majority in the lower House and in the Senate and could have changed this law but they did nothing. They could have passed a new law saying that any public official including prosecutors have a duty to protect our borders from illegal entry of people who have not been authorized to enter by the government whether they seek Asylum or not. (They are all fake Asylum seekers anyway-they come to live off of Welfare benefits) but they have done nothing. Also their appointed Minister of Justice can dismiss those charges.
