These British have a big mouth of superiority even today and this is the main reason why they got out of the European Union; Superiority complex and racism against other Europeans. Columbus should have kept his moth shut and not make public the itinerary to this continent. Had he done that the trouble maker British wouldn't have come here right away and come up with slavery. And if Italy had been united at that time the Italians would come here and found a Roman Latin lovely, Christian Catholic society.
