  1. The concept of Race was a creation of the Anglo-Saxon and the Dutch. In other European nations Race or the term White was never used for identification. As for the U.S. Census Bureau this institution has been a panderer for the Spanish-speaking people of the Americas for the past 40 years starting with assigning the term "Hispanic" then "Latino" to people who deserve none of them. The Census Bureau lists the term Hispanic/Latino as an Ethnicity for the Spanish-speaking people of the Americas. This is lie.The term Hispanic comes from the name given by the colonizing Romans to what is now Spain and Portugal. Hispania hence Hispanics. The real Hispanics are the Spaniards and the Portuguese. It denotes a geographical location and has nothing to do with Ethnicity, Race or Mestizo Skin Color. Now Latino. Correct way it's Latin in English and not Latino. Latin (Lingua Latina) was the language spoken by the Romans and their culture. To be Latins means possessing Roman culture. Yet they keep using Latin/Latino without knowing what it means and instead of calling themselves by their real names: Mexicans, Hondurans, Cubans...or Latin Americans. I personally don't even want them to use the Latin and the American in identifying themselves because they have already insulted these two named of Italian heritage. The term Latin through our Roman ancestors and American which was chosen in honor of the great Italian navigator Amerigo Vespucci.
