  8.  @Nuno.dos.Santos491  doesnt mean it was a parisian revolution. The sans culottes were not that many. The true parisian mass revolted in 1795 against the directory. Napoleon crushed them. It was a freemasons and bourgeois revolution, not a parisian one, neither a french one tbh.

  15.  @bigenglishmonkey  for number 1 and 3 thats false, ww1 entente works, but the brits werent ready for ww2 while germany had serious allies, like the ussr. I dont blame the defeat of germany ww1 due to its alliances tho.

The maginot line did work, thats why the germans passed through belgium which wss SUPPOSED To have one, but betrayed France too by proclaiming neutrality. De gaulle was promoted general during the battle of France, fyi. Who liberated us ? Certainly not the brits who were crushed in holland. Great monty ! At least France had a successful dday in august 44, with free french troops. Btw when you see what the west is today i can only rejoice at the view of collaboration. It was a masterclass.
